Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Daily AI Toolkit (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use this

You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher) to use Daily AI Toolkit. If you're under 18, please use the Service with the awareness and permission of a parent or guardian.

3. The Service

Daily AI Toolkit offers a set of free, web-based utilities that use AI (currently Google Gemini) to process text input you provide. The Service is offered "as is" — features may change, be added, or be removed without notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to create content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or that infringes on others' rights.
  • Submit content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context, ever.
  • Use the Service to impersonate any person or entity in a way intended to deceive.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the Service, or run automated requests at scale.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying prompts, configurations, or keys.
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or the terms of any third-party platform you intend to post output to.

We may block IP addresses or limit functionality without notice if we detect misuse.

5. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated output can be wrong, biased, outdated, or invented. It is your responsibility to review and verify any output before using it. In particular:

  • Do not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
  • Do not assume facts in the output are accurate without checking them against primary sources.
  • Translations may contain errors; have important translations reviewed by a qualified human translator.
  • Recipes are not tested by us; cook responsibly and check for allergens or dietary issues.
  • Names suggested by the tool are not checked for trademark or domain availability — that's on you.

You are responsible for everything you do with the output: posting it, sending it, publishing it, acting on it.

6. Your content and rights

You retain ownership of anything you type into the tools. We do not claim any rights to your inputs. The Service does not store your inputs (see Privacy Policy).

To the extent the AI output is original enough to be copyrightable, you are generally free to use it for your own purposes, subject to applicable law. AI outputs are not always copyrightable in every jurisdiction; consult an attorney if this matters for your use case.

7. Our content

The site design, code, articles, illustrations, and brand are © Daily AI Toolkit. You may quote short excerpts of our articles with attribution and a link back, but please do not republish full articles without permission.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (Google Gemini for AI processing, Google AdSense for advertising, our hosting provider). Their terms also apply when their services are involved. We are not responsible for outages, data handling, or content from third parties beyond our reasonable control.

9. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising. Some pages display ads from Google AdSense or its partners. Clicking ads is your choice and the resulting transaction (if any) is between you and the advertiser. We are not responsible for advertiser content or practices.

10. Intellectual property and DMCA

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please contact hello@littlealmanac.com with the subject "DMCA" and include: identification of the work, location of the infringement on our site, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR USEFUL.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAILY AI TOOLKIT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daily AI Toolkit and its operators from any claim arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may change the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless required otherwise by applicable consumer protection law.
